Make sure that your M3 is in GBA mode.

Either press 'Start' when in the main menu of the M3, or turn on the DS with your Passcard removed / FlashMe disabled and choose 'Start GBA Game' then load your GBA game.

How long have you left it loading for?
Did you use the gamemanager to put the game on your card?
What firmware do you have on your M3?

I left it in loading status for about 1 minute,
I think I have the latest firmware E22
after I patched the .gba game, I just close the M3 Game manager and copy it from my computer to the 2GB miniSD card. I didn't know you could put the game from the M3 game Manager into the miniSD card. How do you do it, or does it make any different. Thank

Are you copying the save file from your computer?

Try loading the GBA game by pressing 'Start' instead of 'A'

thank mr_hanky for helping me out. I guess all it take was to press "start" to boot the game instead of pressing "A".
    Thank you so much.

to use the M3 to put a game directly on the card...

stick the card in and open M3. on the dir listing on the left, browse to where you the game to be written on the card, then just pick "write" and pick your options.
