Problem while downloading fix

    Hi, I m trying to download GTRom_Super_8.02e in THE BOX SUPER. It is downloading in serial port COM3. But it is showing downloading....... since last half n hour. could u please help me?

    Turn the box off at the mains press download on the loader with it on com 3, wait a few seconds then turn the box on at the mains.

    If that doesnt work repeate above but change it to another com port on the loader and try each one.

    I tried but still same problem. for ur information, i m downloading this GTROM files from laptop via s-video connection. please help

    I bought an adapter from USB to RS232 and tried again. Still having the same problem. could u please send me the complete procedure for downloading. thanks

    While downloading the software, it is showing FLASH UPDATE FAILED error. Could you please help me out of this??
