    Good Day,

I was trying to flash my phone to unlock it with RSD Lite 2.4. My son jumped in my arms & the USB cable got disconnected while in progress. Now my phone has a black screen only when I turn it on.

I tried reflashing it but in the Model section of RSD Lite I get: S Blank Neptune LTE insted of razr V3

I had version 07.EO in my phone & I was trying to change it so I could unlock it. I have IMEI # if that can help..

Can I do anything so I can at least turn it back on again so I can try the reflash again ?

    Regards,
    Dan

This has worked for a couple of people who has bricked their phone, read carefully and make sure you understand each and every step involved. See if you can find someone who has a similar phone from the same carrier to pull a backup file from. Hope that this helps.

A few things from the link:

Things you will need prior to undertaking in this revival guide

RFDI.shx (used to repair S Blank Neptune LTE or phones whos PDS is gone or corrupt)
DO NOT FLASH THIS TO YOUR PHONE IF IT IS WORKING
    1.RFDI IMAGE.SHX
    2.SHXCodec
    3.R374_V3BL 07.D0.shx
    4.Current Monster Pack (your choice)
5.Reflash file for firmware upgrade(not necessary but we might as well upgrade)
    6a. PDS.bin
6b. Full Backup file---see step 3b for extraction method (only needed if you don’t have PDS.bin)
    7. PDS.shx template
----Do not flash just the template, it will kill your phone if you don't have a PDS backup to restore. You must first insert "your" PDS into the template, then flash.
    8. XVI32—used to extract the PDS from your full backup
    9. RAMldr – this can be used to put the PDS.bin file back on to the phone, however though since I really don’t want ppl using this method as it causes more problems, im not going to provide a link. Find it yourself.

Here is everything you will need to recover your phone “MrBucket V3 Un-Brick Kit”

Hi, The problem is when I connect my phone via USB it says: USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED: One of the usb device attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.

    Am I dead?

    Thanks,
    Dan
