i recently put leds and had my box chiped and now i cant get sound it gets video aight but no sound ive upgradded the fan aswell but no sound plz hellp urgent thanx
Try changing cables or changing audio ports on your t.v (that is if your going through your t.v) Are you using high output cables for dolby digital, or just the normal ones?
im using the normal ones i tryd a mod on xbox scene to instal a spdif output foor sound it works howeva u cant really hear it i have to turn volume rite up and still u can barely hear itf also ive tried different tvs and different cords also ive tried s video
Is anything else having difficulty playing on that TV? VCR, DvD Player, etc...? Try switching TVs and see if you get better results.
nah its not the tv i run my standard box on it also ive tried projecters car tvs etc so it definitly is the xbox and ive tried bout 5 diff cables
As far as I know there is no setting within the xbox (modded or not) that lets you adjust the sound output. Unless I'm wrong in that assumption, it may be something wrong with the hardware. I've searched for you man and that's all I could find, I'm sorry. I will keep an eye out though.
