problem with 1570 and emu key

    Hi folks new here need help.I had lost a few channels and decided to try a re-scan to fix it followed a link I found on this site
    menu>factory settings
    pin0000
    ok to delete
    box of/on
    etc etc
    It finds 300 channels ok, and when i put in 1570 it goes to an audio channel and that is as far as i get how do i turn on the EMU KEY and where do I find it Ive now lost most channels because ive deleted the factory settings any help for a numpty would be appreciated

    Press Menu then press 1570 this bring you to the EMU turn it on, press exit and go to sly sports and you should see a message saying updating data % it will then click in!!

    Thanks i have tried 3 times but still no luck after i get the channels press in 1570 it goes to a channel saying 30 audio 1 and thats as far as it will go does this make any sense

    No it does not make any sense, as Des advised are you first pressing MENU and getting the Menu up on screen? before entering 1570.

    No it is not going to menu this is what i dont understand it takes me to an audio channel

    after i run the auto scan which is fine I finds app 300 channels then I wait till it saves press exit then menu and it takes me to an audio channel

    First of all, we are definately talking Starview, which one, after you have found the channels, and it saves them, and you press exit exit - you should be at the Main Menu screen, at that stage you have no need to press Menu, you just enter 1570 to get access to Cas System menu.

    My stepson came in there and fixed it in 2mins I think i was doing something wrong at the menu anyway thanks again lads
