I've got 30+ of these now.. it was 39.. and now 9 of them aren't showing any more.
I got some virus from MSN messenger (I was stupid and downloaded and opened something my sister sent me.. thinking it harmless because of who it was from.. needless to say I've been having some issues since) AVG can't find anything. I can't get into trendmicro's housecall because the site wont come up. I also can't go to ebay, amazon, paypal, and most other anti-virus sites at the moment either.
Spybot keeps finding the microsoft.windows.redirectedhosts as well.. and as a matter of fact I can't even go to microsofts own homepage either..

    Here's my HiJackThis log

sounds like your host file has entries in it that redirect back to your own computer.(127.0.0.1)

    download HostsXpert from here:

    http://www.funkytoad.com/download/HostsXpert.zip

    unzip to a folder
    click HostsXpert.exe to run it
click on "Restore MS host file" then ok
    Exit the program
    -----------------------
should restore the original MS host file. if you use a custom host file you will have to apply it again.
see if that works, if so you should get to websites that where "blocked" before.

also try running spybot, ad aware and your antivirus while in safe mode. to reach safe mode you would tap the f8 key during a computer restart and chose the first option from the list: safe mode

do you have any idea what this is:
    C:\Program Files\Topro\tppoll.exe
