problem with a burned movie ! please help!

ok i download a movie and after i extract my movie i had these two files the BIN And CUE file. so them i used Nero so i could burn my movie into a cd , so them i put the move into my dvd player and i noticed that my movie skips alot so i decided to burn another cd but at a low speed and the same results, i burned another movie and same results, so now i don't know whats the problem. I know its not my dvd-player because i have often watch svcd movies and i know its not my dvd-burner its new, i'm using HP cds, witch they should be good.

so if you have any idea i could sure appreciate it !!!!

have you tried playing the cd on your computer ?

 

i just tried, it does not skip when i play it on the computer

 

maby its the dvd player the problem, i was thinking of buying a dvd player, do you think i will be able to install the dvd-player with my home theater ?

 

ok well i just tried the movie at my brother's house and it works pretty good, so i think its the DVD PLAYER ? what would you recommend?
