    Hey,

I am attempting to burn a bin file to cd and am having problems. I have tried using daemon tools, fireburner and nero. When loading the cue, it says it cannot find the bin file in fireburner, and in nero it says it cannot open the file. I am noticing that the "file type" in windows is coming up as AVG.Update file, which is wierd. I uninstalled AVG (free antivirus software) and it still comes up as this. its just wierd. the cue file is in good shape it seems, i looked it up in notepad and all seems to be correct according to the guide on this site. any ideas as to how i can access the data in the bin, or is it just corrupted? thanks - joseph

Stupid question; but the bin/cue are in the same folder right?

If it is a legit bin file daemon tools will mount the bin even if there is no cue sheet file, so move the cue to another folder and try to mount the bin.

If daemon does not mount the bin, I'd be suspicious of the file.
