Problem with Cover Designer need ncd to be jpg

    I made a cd cover for my mixtape on nero cover designer and it will only save as a .ncd I need to convert it to a .jpg I have googled for house tried ultraiso and it wont read the .ncd file. What can I do to make this file a jpg. Is there a better cover designer that will save as a jpg

    I did a google and found several programs that would convert it, but I don't think they were free.
