Problem with Dvd Shrink

    Every movie file I convert using Divx to Dvd, I use Dvd shrink to Back it up to an ISO but Dvd Shrink Tells me there is an error all the time now? anybody have a clue?

    odd?? does it need shrinking? can you just burn it?

    Yeah have tried burning with Nero but Nero gets an error. Please check "Error burning Hitch" for the error log that I got. I just finished posting it. If you can please.

    use divfix before encode (strip and rebuild!) dos this happen on all files? or just this one?

    I do use Divx first and this has happened to Hitch, Hostage, and I was able to do it with Remember the Titans about two weeks ago and I tried it about twenty minutes ago and got the same failure. That was really odd?

    also it could be your discs! simple as that maybe?

    Sorry about that no I have not used Divfix i'm sorry to ask but What is that? I'm using maxell. My computer has recently discovered bad sectors on my drive. Can this be a big problem?

    it should be fine on bad sectors, was it on defraging you found these? it should hold these and not allow data to go there now!

    divfix will strip and rebuild putting alot of things right with avi files...

    Sorry just got back from work... seriously I'm sorry if its anoying but what is divfix. where can I get it? Oh and I'm really really sorry about multiposting I just tried to get read of two problems that I had and they kind of ended up combining. Is there a way to erase one? sorry for the stupid questions?...thanks for everything
