Problem with DVD X Copy Platinum

    After two years of good service I started having programs burning backup copies with my 2003-version 3.2.1 software.The error message displayed is: error writing DVD-please check the log file for more information(0040B4F0)

    Help me please

    are you sure your in the right forum you burn xbox back-ups with DVD X COPY?
