I recently burned some dvds that i ripped to my pc onto an imation 4.7gb dvd-r using nero, but just today i got chance to watch them but about 30 minutes through the film it cuts out on me and stops playing. I know the whole file is on the dvd because ive checked it in my pc. Anyone else had the same problem before, if so how did you resolve it?
Try some different media. Sounds like that could be the problem. Since I started using Taiyo Yuden, my burns have performed flawlessly on anything I played 'em on! Also you could try using +r as they seem to get along better with picky dvd players. It could also be the burning speed. Try slowing it down.
The file type is mpeg by the way. Do you think the dvd might have something blocking me from watching the whole thing?
