problem with dvdshrink

    I'm trying to backup the dvd and I get the error message.
    Copy Protection Error.
    The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.


    any suggestions please?/

    Try DVDFab (www.idle.com/free.htm) to rip to HD then use DVD Shrink.
