Hello all, Could anyone please, please help me resolve my problem. I brought a Eurovox Max V back in December and have ever since experienced the same problem, most channels keep either freezing up or the breaking up. I have updated to the latest UFL_Kuro_Image_V3_Final software released on 18 April, but the problem seems to be getting worse. I have spoken the website digital-receiver.co.uk (Clever Base) owner where I bought the box, he just said I need a new software update. Is it possible that I have a clone box. This box is started to drive me nuts. Could some please, please help. Cheers Guys
Hi there. I had the same problem after updating the latest firmware. I solved it by doing a factory reset then a full scan. Press Menu on your remote, then Config>Clear Data>Factory Default. After this, it will ask you to do a full scan, so just press OK. It worked for me... Craig.
Hello guys Thanks for you help. Last night I tried a factory reset and a full power scan of all channels solution, using firmware released on 18th April, but still had same problem. So I did a another factory reset and then down graded to firmware released on 10th of April. Did a second factory reset. Did a full scan. This is better then before, but now fewer of the channels have the same problem. Any other suggestions would highly be appriciated. Cheers guys
