    Can anyone assist me?

I am trying to download a service file from my Eurovox to my laptop. I am using a null modem cable.
I have my connections ok, I think, It finds the Eurovox because it says "Eurovox found on Com Port 2, Start to receive file?” but when I get to the part where I try to download the file I get the following message "Communication lost with Eurovox, Please check your settings and connections and try again"

My port connection seems ok so not sure what I can do.
    Any help appreciated.

I assume you are using voxer to do this. try using dnupman.exe to upload the file then you can open it with voxer.

    Hi Ste46,

I very quickly tried this before morning and it did not seem to upload the file either.
I will have a more detailed try this evening when I get home from work and let you know how I get on.

I find that if voxer doesn't do the job then dnupman does and vice versa.
