Problem with ISO.exe

    i just recently downloaded Neverwinter Nights from kazaa and it is in ISO.exe format. i renamed it but Nero (5.5.9.0) still doesn't recognize it as an iso file. i just opened "all files" instead of "image files" and tried to burn it. the file wouldn't burn with a block size of 2352 so i tried 2048 and it did burn. the thing is when i tried to install it, it was full of errors and the installation was aborted. PLEASE ANYONE, HELP ME ON THIS!!!

    i downloaded blindwrite and already installed it in my computer. it still doesn't open the file. i already renamed the filename to NWNCD2.ISO but the command line in the properties is still C:\PROGRA~1\NWNCD2~1.EXE. how do i remove the exe?? i think that is the problem. please explain this to me like i'm a 4 yr old. i'm kinda new to this.
