    Hi everyone,

I'm trying to merge to m2v files, unfortunately TMPGEnc dont recognize these files when using their Mpeg tools for merging. Do you know a way for doing this?

    Regards

The M2V are simply 'pointers' used to load VOBs (if they are the results of DVD2AVI *F4* once it opened *F3* a VOB set. How big are them? Few hundreds megebytes, I think.). If you open one, you can run through its range , not merge one to another.
You can onmy merge MPEG-1 and -2 files....merge the two TMPGenc outputs you get by opening and converting M2V(1) and M2V(2) to mpegs...

M2V Files are Mpeg-2 files just Video Only M2V files just like M1V files are Video only mpeg-1 files...

You can Merge M2V files useing Tmpgenc"s Mpeg tools you just have to set the "Files Of type" menu to "All files" when you are selecting the Files to load into the "Merge & Cut"...It is very simple...

    Cheers
