PROBLEM WITH MP4 PLAYER - HELP ME PLEASE

    [bold]hi, i have an mp4 player, distributed by "Oscar International Group Co.,Limited", the model is OSC-034M [​IMG] and my laptop and pc cant recognizing it, i have plug the USB and nothing. please help me..... and sorry about my english.

    are you sure your pc has the right requirements for the player?

    yes, before the problem, i've use my mp4 in other pc with windows XP, and it was ok. but now i don't know what happens with it.

    by the way my Laptop has WinXp Service Pack, and is a IBM T22 or something like that. please help me. thanx

    have you got the right software driver downloaded?

    i really don't know, but my brother has a mp3 Panasonic, and it works very good in my Laptop and PC. I have download 2 diferents drivers from windows update and nothing.

    it might be that it is only compatible with a chinese computer

    it should be ok, because, as he says, he had it working before.

    It may have a techincal area preventing it from connecting. Without meaning to cause offence, maybe you should buy a product with a decent reputation. And if you do buy off-brand, then keep the reciept of the store in which you bought it.

    what are the specs of the player and what make is it?

    it's a mp4, read mp3, wma, wav, and video files in dmv format, .pho pictures, radio am, fm. flash drive, usb conection. and thats all i know.

    It looks pretty cheap & nasty, the sort of thing you see on eBay & try to avoid.

    Where did you get it from?
