I just bought a new Dell XPS M1530 for a great price at a flea market. When I took it home it boots up perfect, but when I get to the log in screen. There are 2 accounts - The Admin. and a Guest account! I can log into a guest Perfect and use the system, but I can add or change anything on it! Admin is password protected and asks for a fingerprint or a password in which I have neither!
What can I do to change that?

I tried to find the guy, but he stoped going to sell, so Im stuck. Any ideas?

What if I redo my OS? Can that work? Or taking out the battery? Any suggestions before I tamper with it????

I beleive if you boot into safemode, and log into the admin account (there should be no password) then you can delete/change any accounts you wish. You can delete the passwords, change them etc.

and how do I go about doing that? Im not sure how to do that from the Guest account. When I go to anything, even devices, everything is blocked off asking to sign in as admin.
