Hi there guys, got a problem hope someone out there can help me. I am in Dublin on n@tl I have a starview (think its the first edition)but in the last few days I have lost all the channels. I tried the factory reset and auto scan , it told me that it had found all the channels. But when I tried them the mostly came up as downloading info but then didnt move from 0%, and after moving up or down a couple of channels the whole lot freezes, untill I turn it off and on at the back.If anyone can help i would much appricate it before my seven year old kills me
Looks like you might need to update your box with new firmware. Look here and it might give you an idea if your having the same problem http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/730092 you will need a Null Modem cable to download the firmware and software to your starview.
