Problem with Nero 5.0 burning software

    Hi Friends,
    My current system having DVD-CD burner. I am trying to burn a data cd using NERO software. This is the first time i am trying to burn a CD on my new machine.I am using the operating system WINDOWS xp. The problem is , It is not writing the data directly on the CD, iam getting popup window asking to save as Image file (*.nrg) file. Why it is comming? some thing problem with my CD burner. I have download all the available softwares fron NERO.COM to upgrade. Please help me , help me, help me

    What operating system are you using? Windows Xp, 98, ME? I need a little more information to be able to help you.

    I am using windows xp.I think my burner is not recognising using NERO software

    Are you using the wizard? I presume you are not using nero express and that you are dragging and droping files to be burnt?

    You can play it safe, by just using the wizard...

    I would suggest switching over to RecordNow Max, its more compatible, and a lot less problematic...
