Hi Kimberrrr Here's some suggestions. 1st let's edit out that serial # in the log - in the log 2x and begins w/ 1A21. Take Nero down to this version 6.6.0.18. Uninstall it (write down your serial #) run the clean tool and install 6.6.0.18. Usually you will at least see the manufacturer. What brand of discs are you using? Slow it down to 8x or less depending on the quality of discs you are using. Can sometimes cause problems - if you are not using nero's InCD uninstall it and run the clean tool: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/us/Clean_Tools.html What movie are you doing w/ recode?
