I recently installed back norton is 2006 and ever since its giving me starnge errors... First at start-up it said... 1.ccapp unable to find locale 21 in mpai32.dll... Then i un-installed office 2003 and replaced the dll from my winxp cd... Next when i rebooted it has started giving me error with mpr.dll telling it has unable to find "ccapp unable to find entry point of dll library of WNetEnumCachedPasswords in mrp.dll" I dunno whats happening.... The only possibility is that problem maybe due to... 1.Bat which i installed and later un-installed... 2.Or kaspersky is 2006 beta which i had installed...
Norton ewwwwww! thats your problem right there. You really need to use something else. I hear many people saying that Norton is really good, but I hear more people describing the kind of problems you are having. There are also many people who have system performance issues after installing Norton. My advice ... get a different security app.

get rid of norton and download avg its free for personal use and really easy to use and it updates all the time
