Problem with opening contents of u2 edition ipod

    Me and my m8 have been up all night trying to copy songs from it to a ipod 30gb video. When you open up the u2 ipod drive (e) it freezes and comes up with an error box. However with the video ipod when opening it up it does not freeze. We are trying to copy songs from the u2 to the video.
    Help will be very appreciated
