Problem with pixelation on film channels

Hello, some of my film channels are starting to go all fuzzy and pixelated a bit like Sky when the weather is bad. Is anybody else having the same problems?
Is there a fix?
The 1.07 firmware does'nt fix it.

Any advise would be much appreceated.

What box do you have and where are you based???

 

Hi mate update your firmware on your box to the latest V1.09

also make sure you have a solid connection and not using splitters on your incoming cable feed

and also check your scart lead must be 21 pin both ends

Thank you for the quick response's. Its a star view super USB and I am in England. I thought version 1.09 was for Ierland boxes or will it work on both?

It seems to have been a signal problem because all is OK now.

What file types will the box play threw the USB socket? Will it play AVI MP3 MP4 ect...
