Last week, I found that for some reason I could not open a BBC News website video using my RealPlayer after a few months of non-use. So, I downloaded the latest version of RealPlayer (10) from the real.com site. I installed it without uninstalling the older version. This time, I couldn't even initiate the new RealPlayer. A box appeared saying "The procedure entry point _Isseki64 could not be located in the dynamic link library PNCRT.dll." I then went to Control Panel's "Add/Remove Programs" to uninstall RealPlayer. When I click it, it says "Uninstaller Component Missing". For your info, I use Window XP. Can anyone advise, please? Thanks a lot!
I've got the same problem, It would be great if somebody can help us, I dont want tto re-install my windows.
