I've been having a problem trying to get the suite of software from slysoft.com that includes anydvd, cloneDVD and cloneCD since I ordered it last week and I wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem or any suggestions on how to resolve it. I went to the website and ordered the three titles and submitted my mastercard number. A page came up telling me to scroll down and download the key to unlock the trial versions. However, there was nothing below that page to download nor did I get a confirmation email for my order. I emailed the company at least four times and despite the fact the website said all questions are answered within 48 hours it took five days for anyone to get back to me. A customer rep named John Smith said the website must have crashed and that my credit card wasn't charged and that I would need to resubmit my order. However, I've called mastercard and verified that my credit card was charged 78.00 for the software. I emailed slysoft again two days ago explaining all that and told them again that I've paid for the software, my credit card was charged and I haven't been able to download a key to unlock the software and never even received an email confirming my order, but I still have not had a response back from anyone with slysoft. Has anyone else had a problem like this and if so how did you resolve it and/or does anyone have a suggestion other than what I've done? I have contacted mastercard and they tell me if I don't get the software I can dispute the charge and I ultimately won't have to pay for it but I'm hoping I won't have to resort to that.

I would dispute the order and get my money back. The longer you wait the difficult it will be to refund the money.

I aint rich so $78 dollars is alot of money....unless you got money to throw away.

No, I don't have that kind of money to throw away either. I guess I'll have to call mastercard again and dispute it if I don't hear from slysoft by tomorrow. I was just hoping that if someone had had a similar experience they might have another contact email or some idea how to resolve it so I'd actually be able to get the software that as of right now, I paid for. It's a little frustrating. I've been seeing people here talk about how great anydvd is for some time and then when I finally decided to buy it I wind up stuck with a 78.00 charge and nothing to show for it. I appreciate your response though, geezer. I suspect your suggestion is a good one.

geestar: I apologize for mangling your name. There's a poster on another internet board nick named geezer and I typed it and posted before I could catch myself. Thanks again, for your response.
