I am trying to create a Factory Default Disk using the Acer eRecovery Management...but when i insert a blank dvd...this is what shows up...and yes i can read the disk when i put it in...so im guessing its the software?
Can you burn to the DVD with other software? If you can, then it's just this software that has a problem... if it lets you, try saving it as a disc image, then using other software to burn it.
I havent actually tried to burn the dvd using other softwares but I am sure that the dvd is working because i was able to use the same kind of discs to create a Facory Default Disk using the Acer eRecovery Management on my other laptop. but if it is the software...wat do i do? uninstall and reinstall?
It might still be a problem with you drive. I'd suggest trying to burn a dvd on the same laptop with another program first, to find out if it really is a software problem. If the software worked fine on your other laptop, best you could do here is uninstall and reinstall.
