problem with star box download HELP PLEASE

I've a major problem with my newly purchased star view,i've tried to download the bin file posted on after dawn and all thats happened is four lites just run across the channel display,it wont even turn on...... anybody any ideas...mucho gracias !

 

I've never come across this problem. you could download a different software version and try reflashing the box.

 

i'll giv it a bash,i,ve got 259 bin file,i'll try that thanks for the advice
