Hi,need help my starview box went down and someone did an automatic scan ,on putting in codes for ntl the box came up again however have lost all sky sports channels as well as all movie and some kids channels .When the box goes down normally puting in new codes brings all back however it looks like the scan has lost channels .Does anyone know how to retrieve the lost channels.
Its a problem with VM http://status-cable.virginmedia.com/vmstatus/summary.do will be back in a while.
