Hi, I just bought one from Costco and i connected it through the RGB cable and it worked fine. After that I tried to connect it through the HDMI and once i did that the picture went black and the green stand by light on the bottom right turned on. Noe i can't get it out of stand by if i unplug the Tv and plug it back in I still get the green stand by light instead of the red light you get before turning it on. In other words teh TV does not turn on. It is stuck in stand by.. So I have no idea if the Tv is bad or if I am missing something.Anybody any ideas. Thanks
Your TV [bold]is[/bold] turned on.... You have to make sure the correct source is selected. If you were in RGB (component) mode, you need to switch to the Digital inputs with the Source PC button on your remote. To expand, there are two "sets" of inputs to scroll thru on your tv. One is the "Source PC" inputs - HDMI, DVI, etc. The other are the old school analog A/V inputs on the "Source A/V" inputs.
