Refer to my sig for pc specs.

I'd originally posted this in the windows general forum but apparently it was the wrong one so please forgive by double post.

I have a Ulead software I'm trying to install for my Vivitar ViviCam 6385u digital camera and it won't let me. When I try to, it tells me an earlier version is installed, remove it and try again. Well, it's been uninstalled. I noticed in the Add/Remove it's still there. When I click on it to remove it, it shows a pop up screen, Ulead Photo Explorer then in the screen >SetupDLL\SetupDLL.cpp(409) then under that $7.0.100.1342 then under that @Windows XP Service Pack 2 (2600)IE 7.0.6000.16640

Does anyone know what the heck that means and what can I do to fix this? I've checked regedit for any signs of it and can't find anything there. So I'm at a loss. There's other Ulead software which loaded with no problems.

    Thanks for your help.
