When I choose Subtitles in Gordian knot, I then select Configure for VoSub. A "Filter: VoSub" window appears, and I select 'OPEN'. I select file type for IFO and VOBs and choose the IFO file from the movie I ripped. Then it asks me where to save the subtitle files, and I choose the same directory as the ripped movie, in a folder I created called 'sub'. When I click on OK, the browse for folder window goes away, and I am left staring at the 'Filter: Vosub' menu again, with no new options. I understand a new window is supposed to pop up where I can select tracks, but that never happens.

What am I doing wrong ?

I have DVDDecrypter set to 'Select Main Movie' and IFO mode. Do I need more files than that ?

I have a workaround for my problem. If I choose the IFO file off of the DVD instead of the location where I ripped the files, it seems to work. I must not be ripping everything I need for subtitles with 'select main movie' in DVDDecrypter.
