problem with win avi mp4 converter

    can't convert avi files to psp mpeg4 using this program,I know there are other programs but this one is fastest,when it starts it says I need quick time codec but i already have k lite codec pack, after it starts to convert a few seconds later a microsoft message appears,I send the error message report and it comes back with problem caused by Xvid any help on this please?
