Hi all, I am a rooky in this forum and i definitely need your help. I have a SAMSUNG TS-H552B DVDDRIVE IN MY PC. My pc is a P4, 3.00GHZ, LGA775, PRESCOTT, 1.00GHZ SDRAM, WINDOWS 2000 PROFFESIONAL OS, WD40GB HD. i've the latest firmware (TS-10) in my drive, and i aw writing dvd's, first by decrypting them with DVD SHRINK, and then burn by Nero 6 ultra editon. So far i am only burning dvd-r media. (various brands, tdk, maxell, etc) The problem is that i can never have a writing speed in my media more than 2x. Even though i choose from nero to write at 4x, 6x, 8x, the result is always the same. (2x and 30min. of waiting). According to the manuf. site my drive supports dvd-r at max. 8x. Can you please help me? Many thanks in advance
