Problem with Xing Mpeg Encoder 2.20

I'm trying to use Xing Encoder to convert my files to MPEG1 for a VCD. The program encodes really quick but always stops at 11.9MB of any file, regardless of original file size. Why is this ? Will I have to split the input file to segments of 11 MB or less ? Also, xingtech.com says you can convert .MOV files using this encoder, but the program always says this operation is unsupported. Anyone know why this is ?

    Thanks for any help.

Not very helpful, I know, but Xing sucks. Use TMPGEnc instead.

TMPEG seems to hang if I try to convert large files, especially from mov to mpeg1, and xing appears to be quicker. Should I just accept this and use TMPEG ?
