problems after power scan

    i have just done a power scan on my eurovox max v now my box is stuck on 1 channel if i press the remote to go to the next channel it says channel not available the knocks my tv off any help please

    i managed to get them back on turned off box back on then this allowed me back in menu went to add favourites put them all in and bingo back to normal
