The site for MP3Sparks.com hasn't resolved in three days where I'm at. Has anyone else encountered problems ... and if so, does anyone know what's up with them?
Probably this http://www.theregister.co.uk/2008/01/11/mp3sparks_cogent_abdallah/ come back to haunt them. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=722357 http://www.aom3.org/forum/other-mus...-favourite-online-music-stores.html#post22877 some things to try...
The problems may go deeper. I've tried a number of proxy servers all over the world and a number of them simply say the site doesn't exist. Interestingly, proxy servers in India have blocked the site because it's considered "obscene" (grin). At least, that's what the error messages said.
I don't think they're being "blocked" this time. I found a French proxy server that pretty much let me go anywhere. And when I tried to browse to the http://www.mp3sparks.com site, I apparently reached the site's server - but it gave me a blank white page saying: http://www.mp3sparks.com is not configured for this server So, they're either suffering some sort of catastrophic hosting problem ... or the site has just gone away.
