yea i have a 3dconnect x850xt pe video card and its got a monster fan on it and i put a nice big thermaltake fan on my cpu so those im not worrying about but just the case in general is kinda hot.. so this is normal? it will not effect performace such slow loading etc.

    thanks

Too much Heat, as you know, is Bad Ju-Ju. You may want to try a monitor; go here and check this out.

I use 7 fans in my case; 4 intake and 3 exhaust plus one heckofa CPU Cooler Jet 4. It's all good. Good luck and keep us posted on what you decide.

    starbuck ?

why do you have such a monster fan ?
i'm running the same as you (more ram) just changed motherboard cos customer wanted what i had :)
and it's one way to upgrade for free and this one has more sata slots :)

but i got a cheapo fan on mine and it's overclocked :)
so i think you have prolly got too much paste on your heatsink
too much is as bad as none almost

pcrepair, not sure of your question??? I am a proponent of keeping everything cool inside the case. That's why I "over did it". Plus, I may upgrade to the Extreme Pentium Chip once the price goes down, at the time of building my rig it was over $1,000 US Dollars. In my opinion, where space and cooling is concerned, you cannot over do it. ... just my opinion; that is why I have a huge "Pretty Boy" case with lots of room, etc.... Now, this Rig is "my baby" as you can tell. I have no issues excessive heat.
