I have just finished backing up all my PS2 Games and DVD movies and have now moved on to my Audio CD’s. I have a few Questions I hope you guys can answer for me.

    1. Can all machines read MP3’s? I intend to use some of these CD’s in my car and am not sure that it can read MP3’s.

    2. If not, is it possible to copy the tracks to the HD without changing their format. This would also help with some of the disks that came with papers ect that would probably fit 2 on 1. I tried just copying the racks across in windows and I got a series of small files that wouldn’t play.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

you must have a car stereo that says it will play mp3's . I have one and they work great. If you don't have one, that is why they won't play...you will need to convert the mp3 to audio files using a program like nero which can convert the mp3 to an audio file that a typical car stereo can play

I have nero and it works grate it also does a bunch of other stuff to but it cost about $60 so I would suggest Musicmatch jukebox basic it’s free for download at www.musicmatch.com. Some other grate software is dbpoweramp free for download at www.dbpoweramp.com.
