What I have to do is maybe a bit particular. I captured part of different DVDs with DVDShrink, then I converted them with ImTOO encoder, to be able to edit them together with an editor. But then, when I go to open the converted files with Windows Movie Maker, I receive the message that he can't open them (though they are recognized) because he finds no 'codec'. What's that codec? Where can I find it? What do I do wrong? Thanks in advance for any help

Download 'gspot' from this page. Also, look at the screenshots on same page. http://www.headbands.com/gspot/v26x/index.html Run 'gspot', drag your problem file onto gspot and check to see if the required codec is on your pc.
