problems installing the sims complete collection

    when i get to disk 2....there is an error message. wat should i do? is it my computer or is it the game? i tried to install this on my laptop then i tried it on my computer and get the same error message. please help

    its says:

    Component transfer erro
    component: ExpansionPack6
    File Group: ExpansionPack6
    File: e:\Setup\data3.cab
    Error: The device is not ready

    ah,i have the same thing on sim city 4

    my advice might work, it might not

    but before i give u the help i need to know what appers when u put disk 1.

    woops i missed read when i put 1st disc it all goes fine den it askes me 2 put cd two thats when it goes bad =]=[

    which CD is the GAME cd?

    thanks for the help...but i got it fixed!!! not really but i went back to the store and got a new one. its working fine now..i guess its just the original game that i had that did not work.
