I just finished cleaning up a nasty virus on my computer, but now I cannot open certain icons from my desktop or start menu. Programs like Microsoft word, other programs that were downloaded like errorsmart. My printer is also not printing, if I send something to print, it goes through but prints blank pages. I've tried doing a system restore but the system restore won't load either. I must have something that the virus changed in the programs. Is there anything I can use to try and scan my computer to fix these programs? I've tried ResigtryFix but it doesn't do the trick. If anyone can help I would appreciate it very much.
