I created a vcd with multiple chapters after creating a mpeg from DVDx 2.2, then after I created a vcd out of it using Nero, I placed the thumbtags as the menu in vcd, now the problem is that after reaching the end of the chapter, the vcd pauses and then cannot go ahead, I choosed the infinite option in the properties. Anyone know how to resolve this problem. Would be great if anyone can answer this question. Thanks. Samir Patel
hmmmm do you mean to tell me you used all seperate files as chapters or just 1 movie file with chapters marked??
Yes I made all the chapters into seperate files and then using Nero used all the files to make a vcd out of it, and used the first frame of each chapter as a thumbtag in the menu. Samir
You checked the infinite option? Do you mean the delay between tracks? That is probably the problem. I think Nero tries to set that as default, and you don't want any delay if it is one full movie. If this is the case try burning it again and set the delay to 0 or something small.
Ye we noticed that was the prob and as I said before the fix is as easy as using VCDEasy to rip the mpeg's off the disk and reburn (you may need to fix the file headers first). However there is no point doing it that way anyway when you can simply use the full movie file with VCDEasy and simply mark where you want the chapters!!
