I recently bought a dvd player (Sony DVP NS30)
I download a lot, and burn these off onto DVD.
I burned them off onto DVD+R, through sonic record now, but when i put them in this DVD player they said that there was no audio or image.
They still work on my laptop, but not on this dvd player
Does anyone have any idea what i should do?
    is it the recording device?
or the type of dvds i use?
or the fact that my dvd player doesnt support div x?
or that i need codex on this dvd player?
or that i download american programs and watch them on an english dvd player (wrong region??)
Any advise would be really great, as its startin to get very annoying
    Thanks
    Ed

If they are DivX files then your DVD player will have to be compatible with DivX, Xvid files. I have 1 that is compatible but the 2 other DVD players I have are not.

Of the search I have seen the model and brand that you said you had will not p[lay MPEG4(DivX, Xvid) video files.
