Problems posting a screenshot. How do you do it ?

I tried to post this screenshot in one of the forum categories

but it did not make it, there was a small example of what I was suppose to use and I did that. It was or something, but it still did not show. Does anyone know if its possible to post images here,
and how do you do it ?

your link seems wrong.. I went to the link and right click-save image location... then used that url instead.
