I get "DVD encountered an error and cannot continue" when I try to backup CTHD. I noticed that the DVD has an autorun file in the root directory which fires up when the DVD loads. How do I get around this ? I have tried cancelling the autorun program, but still get the same error. Can anyone help ?
It would really help to know what software is giving you the error. When I tried to do CTHD with DVD Shrink, I got the same error and I firmly believe it was because of that stupid .exe on the disc. I got around it by ripping with DVD Decrypter and then running the files through Shrink.
Thanks for that. Used DVDdecryptor and got an ISO file and another smaller file, but how do you run these through DVDShrink ? Sorry just a learner !
