I'm having trouble ripping Family Guy Volume 6 for my iPod. I had no problems with volumes 1-5. I used DVD Decrypter in IFO mode to get VOB files of each episode, then used Videora to encode them as h.264 mp4 files.

Now, with Volume 6, when I rip episodes using DVD Decrypter, it gives me 2 VOB files instead of 1. I get 2 files even when I change the settings to do no file splitting. I have tried to combine these files, and every time I do, the audio on the second half of each episode gets about 2 secs out of sync in the final encoded version. Interestingly, the audio goes out of several minutes before the spot where the 2 VOBs combine.

I have gone on to try using RipIt4me in conjunction with DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. I can play it fine through DVD Shrink from my hard drive, but as soon as I try to reauthor an episode, I get the same problem.

I figure this DVD is pretty popular, has anyone else seen the same problem or know a way around?
