Hi Everyone, I'm new to the forums and I have to say that this site is brilliant! Why did I not find it sooner :-( I've recently downloaded a game and burnt it onto 3 cd's, when I try to install it, I kick it off with the first cd, it runs and then prompts me for the second cd and then it runs with the second cd, installs a few files and then I get a message saying that the incorrect cd is in the drive and that i should insert cd one. I do that and then I get some syntax error and the install exits. I then tried to copy all files of the three cd's and place then on my hard disk and run the install from there and all works fine, it installs okay, but when i start the game I get a message requesting me to put in cd one and i am given two options in a dialog box, retry or cancel. I put in the first cd and click retry and the same box comes up again and it wont go away until I click cancel and the game does not start. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance everyone.
