    Hi everybody!
I have this anime, Elfen Lied, and i want to convert it to DVD... i use mkvextractgui to extract Track1.avi (AVI,XVID), Track2.aac (Japanese 6CH), Track3.aac (English 2CH), Track4.ass (subs) and some fonts included in the mkv file. Well, even if i just mux video+audio in AVI-Mux, the video is 24m44s long, but sound is 25m02s long... but in the mkv, everything is okay (notice that i didn't alter the files, just extracted them!!!)... okay, i said to myself, tried to time-compress the audio with Adobe Audition so it was the same length as the video, but after muxing they got de-synchronized... tried even converting the fps of the avi (which was 29.29 NTSC original, to 25 PAL)... anyone know how to solve this pile of sh*t???

try "vdub mod" and a guide!(google is your friend) you'll have to set a delay in your video start time but it should work!

the other soultion's I can think of is if you have your original files try using these files in a program that's design to do all the steps such as divxtodvd or avi2dvd,instead of demuxng, conversion, remuxing, compressing all on your own!

ps you know this is not dvdrebuilder related, right??
dvdrebuilder only works w/ dvd structured sources!

yeah, sorry for the off-topic;) but i think it is desynchronized just in some parts or so;) i'll post the report from MatroskaDiag... hope it'll help... if you're interested in helping me a bit further, you'll find my post in MPEG-1/MPEG-2 Encoding forum....
